I identified two high-growth opportunities based on Gen Z trends in convenience and sustainability for New England Coffee Company: a canned protein cold brew that blends authentic coffee flavor with 9–12g of protein for on-the-go energy, and NEC GroundCycle, a circular packaging initiative that repurposes spent coffee grounds into biodegradable coffee bags. Both concepts were supported by full marketing activation plans to position the brand as a leader in functional beverages and eco-friendly innovation.
