Peloton Case Study →
For this Peloton case analysis, I evaluated how the company’s post-pandemic decline, marked by excess inventory, damaged brand reputation, and $1.5B in total operating cash loss during the first three quarters of fiscal 2022, threatened long-term profitability. I recommended a dual strategy centered on new customer engagement initiatives (including a nationwide PELOTOUR and social media incentive programs) and operational restructuring through subscription growth, rental programs, and sustained price increases to drive recurring revenue and return Peloton to financial stability within 12–18 months.
