Walt Disney Case Study →
For this case analysis, I examined the legal and strategic conflict between Scarlett Johansson and Disney following the hybrid release of Black Widow, which highlighted a growing misalignment between streaming-driven revenue goals and traditional box-office–based talent compensation. My recommendation proposed a revenue-sharing compensation model that balances talent pay with simultaneous theatrical and streaming releases, helping Disney protect its relationships with actors while sustaining long-term streaming growth.
